More Than Coaching. It's Personal.
I didn't discover triathlon until after I turned 40.
In July 2021, I stood on the starting line of the Women's Philadelphia Triathlon for my very first race. Like many women entering the sport later in life, I wasn't chasing podiums—I was looking for a challenge. I wanted to see what I was capable of and prove to myself that it was never too late to try something new.
What I found was so much more than a race.
I found a sport that challenged me physically, mentally, and emotionally. I fell in love with the process—the early mornings/late evenings, the hard work, the consistency, and the incredible feeling that comes from accomplishing something you once thought was impossible.
Triathlon reminded me that growth doesn't happen overnight. It happens one workout, one lesson, and one small victory at a time.
My background in fitness and coaching spans many years. Before entering the world of triathlon, I owned a women's fitness business and worked as both a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I also grew up with a swimming background, which gave me an appreciation for movement, technique, and the importance of building a strong foundation.
Like many athletes, my journey hasn't been perfect.
I've experienced injuries and setbacks and have had to navigate the difficult process of rebuilding fitness more than once. I've learned firsthand what it means to be patient, trust the process, and adjust expectations when life throws unexpected challenges your way.
I also understand the reality of balancing training with work, family, and everything else life demands. Most of us aren't professional athletes. We're busy women, parents, professionals, and caregivers trying to pursue big goals while managing full lives.
That's why I believe coaching should fit your life—not the other way around.
Since that first race in 2021, I've completed events across multiple distances, including Sprint, Olympic, and Half Ironman races. But the finish lines themselves aren't what keep me coming back.
It's the challenge.
It's the hard work.
It's the satisfaction that comes from committing to something difficult and seeing what is possible through consistency, perseverance, and belief in yourself.
That philosophy became the foundation of Taylored Fit Endurance.
I created this coaching business to help women and beginner to intermediate triathletes train with confidence, eliminate the guesswork, and enjoy the journey as much as the finish line.
Through personalized coaching and data-driven training powered by TriDot, my goal is to help athletes become stronger, healthier, and more confident—while creating a training approach that works with their lives, not against them.
Because you don't have to start young.
You don't have to be the fastest.
And you certainly don't have to do it alone.
You just have to be willing to begin.
And I'd be honored to help you every step of the way.
